Rent&Pass excels in providing simplicity, convenience, and security through online management accessible via both PC and mobile devices. This system efficiently handles access permissions tied to rental agreements, ensuring that guests can enter properties seamlessly. Additionally, it allows landlords the flexibility to grant access to cleaning or maintenance services at specified times during a guest's stay.

• Electronic Key: Guests receive electronic keys through the app, allowing for ease of access from anywhere at any time.
• Numeric Access Code: Enables entry without app installation, simply using a numeric code.
• Real-Time Management: Landlords can remotely delete, block, or revoke access permissions as needed.
• Auditable Access: Each lock and user has an access log for enhanced accountability.
• Access Code Management: Codes can be customized and revoked at any time, providing flexible access control.
• Alert Functionality: Real-time alerts enhance security and user protection.

For Administrators:

1. Confirmed Reservation: Generate and send electronic keys and access codes to guests.
2. During Stay: The landlord retains the ability to cancel any key or code at any moment while receiving opening reports.
3. End of Stay: Send electronic keys or codes to maintenance, cleaning, and laundry personnel as needed.

This system allows landlords to send electronic keys and access codes for entry into various areas including the building entrance and garage, all without physical movement. All permissions can be easily managed from the administrator platform.

For Guests:

1. Confirmed Reservation: Guests receive their key and access code directly on their smartphones.
2. During Stay: They can unlock the entrance and apartment using either a code or their smartphone.
3. End of Stay: Access privileges expire at the predetermined date and time noted in their rental agreement.

The process is streamlined for customer satisfaction. Regardless of arrivals or unexpected delays, guests have access to their keys before leaving home. The app facilitates entry via smartphone, promoting a smooth and hassle-free experience. To mitigate potential battery or coverage issues, Rent&Pass also allows for PIN code entry, provided simultaneously with the electronic key.
